On 17th January 2009, Shri Dilsukhray Kirchand Mehta Primary School, Kotda Sangani was dedicated to the cause of education. It was 37th school, which was reconstructed by Project ‘Life’, Rajkot.
Dr. Mayank from Mumbai who had accompanied the Donors and who is well known for practicing 18 kinds of therapies, appreciated the reconstructed school building and acknowledged that the school building was not constructed on concrete pillars alone, but was the result of 4 emblematic pillars. First being the grace of Goddess Saraswati, second being the generous support of Shri Dilsukhray Kirchand Mehta, the third being the promising role played by Project Life, Rajkot and lastly the determination and the enthusiasm of the people of Kotda Sangani. This school building with 14 classrooms, with separate toilet blocks for girls and boys and a compound wall was constructed in a record time of eight months. The support extended by each pillar was really very commendable.
