To nurture professionalization and to promote greater productivity, two developmental programmes were organized for the staff members of Project 'Life'.
In the first Programme the Resource persons from 'You in You” Mr. Jaysekaran Pillai, Master Practitioner NLP (U.K) and Ms. Rakhi Bhambani guided the participants through the Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP exercises which enabled participants to become aware of the matching and mismatching behavioural patterns while interacting with one another. It also helped in developing positive beliefs of excellence such as – 'People have all the resources already within'. 'There is no failure only feedback.' 'What you see in others you already have it' etc. The four days programme was very effective as it helped people go closer to their self.
In the second programme which was Conducted by an HR professional, the staff were inducted into the Performance Appraisal system. The Performance Appraisal system would help the the employees to work on their key result areas. It would also lead the Organization towards the 360 degrees performance appraisal system which would further help in working as a team for the achievement of Organizational goals. |
